- Our shopping system is established on a secure Internet server that encrypts each order to protect your credit card information as it travels over the web. You will notice that you move into the 3D Secure server during checkout before you enter your credit card information. Our SSL is secure and up to date. Stephen Pearce Pottery never sells, shares or distributes your personal contact information to any establishment.
- What is 3D Secure?
- 3D Secure is a free and automatic online security service that has been created to help guard your Credit Card against unauthorised use online. 3D Secure works by using a password that you create as your unique online identifier. You then use your 3D Secure Password to validate online transactions with participating online retailers. This helps to protect you from unauthorised use when spending online.
When you purchase online, 3D Secure issues a receipt at the end of the checkout process. The receipt includes details of your current purchase, such as site name, purchase amount and date. You sign the receipt using your personal 3D Secure Password and click 'Submit' to proceed with the purchase. Without your 3D Secure Password, the purchase cannot take place.

- Since your card is protected by your 3D Secure Password, only you can use your credit card online. This makes spending online safer than ever before.Without your 3D Secure password, the purchase cannot take place.

- Yes, all Stephen Pearce Pottery is designed and handmade in our pottery in Shanagarry Co. Cork Ireland using local clay.
- I know what item I want but cannot find it online or in any outlet. Has it been discontinued?
- Stephen Pearce Pottery may retire a piece, which means that a certain size or design may become discontinued and be removed from production. However, we will always take queries on discontinued items, as we understand they may be part of an existing collection.. For more information on ordering an item that is no longer available online or in stockists, please contact us at our workshop in Shanagarry on 021 4646807 or write to customerservice@stephenpearce.com.
- What are my payment options?
- We accept Laser, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, International Maestro, JCB and Diners.
- When is my credit card charged?
- Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We do not charge your credit card until we ship your order.

- When I make a return visit to your site, will it recognize me?
- At checkout you will be given a choice for our system to remember you or not. If you choose yes, the system will remember most of your information (excluding credit card information). And you may Login to your account if it does not. If your browser is set not to accept cookies or you delete your cookies, the system will forget you. Or it may remember someone else who uses your computer.
- How do I remove myself from email and postal mailing lists?
- We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive promotional information from us, either through email or postal mail, please let us know by sending an email to customerservice@stephenpearce.com or by calling +353 (0)21 4646807 9am-5pm Mon-Fri GMT & 2pm -5pm Sat –Sun GMT. Your email address will be removed promptly. If you wish to remove your mailing address as well, please include the address in the body of your email. Please note: When you make a purchase, we will send you emails to confirm your order and its shipment. We may also need to contact you via phone or email, if we have questions regarding your order.
- What is your privacy policy, will you sell my name to other companies?
- At Stephen Pearce Pottery we strongly believe that respecting and safeguarding your online privacy is our responsibility. We have not, nor will we ever sell, rent or make available for use, your personal account information to a third party. We use the personal information you give us to create an account to process your orders. Your email address will be used to send order and shipping confirmations to you and for relevant correspondence regarding your order. If you choose to receive emails from us regarding our products, services and promotions, you will have an opportunity to unsubscribe at the bottom of each email you receive. - How do I change my password?
- You may change your gift registry or your membership account password by logging into your account with your email address and current password. Under "Account Information" select "Change password". You may change your password here.
- Where do you ship to?
- We currently ship to Ireland, the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. If you live outside this area, please contact us on customerservice@stephenpearce.com
