Stephen Pearce cannot guarantee 100% product availability.
In the event of the product being unavailable we will
inform you directly by e-mail and let you know when
your product/s will be available (in most cases this
should be within a 48 hour period). On receipt of this
email information you will be able to:
1 Select another product
2 Wait until the product is available
3 Cancel your order
Payment for your product order will not be taken until
it is ready for shipment.
We accept returns, where notification is given within
five days on receipt of goods; the goods are in their
original condition and there is supporting proof of
purchase.
If the return is because of an error on our part, we
will fully refund the delivery charges incurred. Where
no fault is attachable to Stephen Pearce, delivery and
any other ancillary charges will be the responsibility
of the purchaser.
It is possible to cancel your order if it has not already
been shipped. There will, however, be a 10%* charge
for all cancelled orders.
* 10% of the purchase value of the goods.
VAT & Customs Duties - Value Added Tax is charged
on most goods and services within the European Union
and US. Irish VAT is currently 21% and is included in
all prices displayed on the Stephen Pearce web site.
We are required by law to include VAT on orders dispatched
to addresses worldwide.
Orders dispatched outside the European Union may be
subject to local taxes and customs charges. Customs
forms for all international packages list the value
of the contents as well as a description of the items.
Any customs or import duties levied once the package
reaches your country must be born by the recipient.
Your local customs office will be able to provide further
information.
