If your items are damaged in shipment, please contact us within 10 working days for a refund, exchange or credit note for our shop.
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your Stephen Pearce Pottery purchase. If for any reason your purchase fails to meet your expectation we will gladly accept returns of Stephen Pearce Pottery products in salable condition up to 45 days from the time of purchase. For further details please see our full terms and conditions.
Should you wish to return an item received as a gift, we will gladly either replace it for another item or issue a credit note for our shop worth the value of the item on the date of return.
Should you wish to return an item you purchased, you may choose to have the item replaced or have credit for the items issued to you on the original form of payment.
If you desire a refund, your original purchase must be captured under your customer account or you must have the original sales receipt present at the time or return. To receive credit to a credit card; the original card that was used for purchase must be present at time of return.
We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding return delivery cost).
All sale items are considered final sale and not elegible for refunds or exchanges.
