Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes to expedite the delivery process.

When you order please provide us with a home phone number so you can be contacted to rearrange delivery in the event of being unavailable to accept delivery.

All orders will leave Shanagarry 3-4 working days after we receive the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within these days. Orders will be sent by An Post if local or by courier.

If you wish to make orders to separate addresses, an individual order will need to be made for each address.

The lead time for the different zones is as follows

• Ireland: 3-4 days
• UK: 1 week
• Europe: 2 weeks
• USA: 3 weeks

Cancellation
